Good French crepes, real crepes, not the poor excuse for French crepes found in the US, with a walnut, feta cheese, and onion filling, seasoned with fresh basil and oregano from the garden, and topped with raw organic spinach. My own idea and recipe (except for the crepes, which my mom cooked), and I was pretty pleased with how it turned out. :-)
